Mantra and Focus
Calm down the noise.Block out the chatter.Refine and resonate in an approach that finds the ease in it all.Strengthening while softening the effort.

Changing life, lifestyle and building a new business practice at 45 was no joke. I walked away from wearing stockings, shifted to grounding self, healthier living, strength training, yoga and learning Pilates. That was a long time ago. Yet, coming out of Costa Rica last November, I realized… while looking back to that point in my life, why, at this point in my life, I am so thankful I could, did and are still wearing no stockings, still at work toward maintaining a healthy life style, and using systems of healing, moving and working my body with the earth’s foods and nutrients.
I am in love with natural elements. Travel to far away places with lots of history, art, movement, dietary choices, herbal ancient remedies…. these things keep me alive with energy, passion and ideas. Oils, herbal infusions, music, rhythm, movement and continuous travel. That’s how I am choosing to live at this stage. And as my healthy body ages, I am aware that natural healing therapies will always be a constant in my life going forward.
Respect to the earth, it’s gifts and secrets. We are all walking the same path, and most of what we consider “ancient” or “old” has immeasurable value beyond our current awareness.

This is The Story
With two months completed of a new mineral supplement and I was acutely aware of a significant, noticeable change. At the time of this writing, I am notified of the recurring subscription renewing for the fourth month. No adjustments or changes will be made.
Many clients and students are all at a transition in life. So many of us are experiencing joint aches and pains; whether it be age, menopause, old injuries, or general wear and tear. It’s an unavoidable fact of living. I noticed at the beginning the year, that I needed two (2) extra strength Tylenol (1000 mg) at the start of my day (5am) to get thru the morning. At 1pm, I generally needed another 2 capsules. Wine and alcohol at night.
Not good. I needed to re-introduce myself to the forgotten healing therapies I used earliers in life. I began making Tumeric Ginger shots and using wildcrafted herb tinctures and, muscle joint tonics, liquid magnesium for a few months. While the Tylenol was still necessary, I had reduced the intake. So yes, the herbs were working…. however, not completely.
Apparently, my Tumeric Ginger shots weren’t made with significant enough quality to make a difference. Synchro’s “medical-grade liposomal turmeric“ made a real, noticeable lasting change in my joints. Very quickly, in fact. Tylenol has been completely absent from my intake since June, when I began using, Gold.
In July, I added the second product, and signed up for recurring subscription with both Gold and ReJuve.
The latter was formulated, according to the website
– To work in tandem with Gold Medical Grade Liposomal Turmeric.
– Improves joint smoothness by rebuilding lubricating synovial fluid.
– Supports regeneration and repair of damaged joint tissues.
The older we get, the more time of bodies need to heal. Herbal infusions and supplements like these two support the process.
I have been promising this post for a few months. Happy to finally complete it.
