We will make use of the ongoing adjustments of life under Covid-19.\u00a0 All of what we do will focus on using the tried and tested principles of Pilates, for centered breath, control and focus are what is needed in the time of stress and chaos.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s all just movement.\u00a0 The practice of movement, as a therapy, with Pilates at the center of each and every movement.<\/p>\n<h1>Movement Therapy Workout Options<\/h1>\n<p>The first two practice areas, Classical Pilates Mat and Apparatus work, are being used by most students\/clients of Pilates4Fitness; and has been for years.\u00a0 It is how we all emerged together, stronger and more lifted at the end of 2020.<\/p>\n<p>It is the last two areas, Resistance with Tools and<a title=\"Movement Adjustments in the Time of Covid\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pilates4fitness.com\/site\/movement-adjustments-in-the-time-of-covid\/\"> Release and Relief Movements<\/a>, that I am introducing with focused attention for 2021, with the plan of building virtual ongoing programs to deliver this work, in response to the changes in our lives brought on by the pandemic.\u00a0 New <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/mailchi.mp\/b3439492f692\/recommended-home-work-tools\">tools may be recommended<\/a><\/em><\/strong> to support our personal practice in these two areas.<\/p>\n<p>Stay tuned in and stay connected.\u00a0 We need each other to stay strong.\u00a0 Our community needs our collective efforts to weather the storm.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][rev_slider slidertitle=&#8221;Vertical MovementTherapy&#8221;
