a <em>serious<\/em> 45-minute hike up Beacon Mountain sets the stage for the energy requirement for Fall Movement into the new year.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>[su_column size=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][rev_slider alias=&#8221;beacon-vertical&#8221;][\/su_column]<\/p>\n<p>All friends brought together as a evolution from the first #<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pilates4fitness.com\/site\/the-pilates-teachers-session\/\">TeachersWorkout<\/a> earlier this year.\u00a0 We mused around lunch after the Teacher&#8217;s Workout session at the PilatesHaus in early summer and asked, &#8220;What if we hiked the mountain after class?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-79278 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pilates4fitness.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/BeaconPilates-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"460\" height=\"346\" https:\/\/www.pilates4fitness.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/BeaconPilates.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 460px) 100vw, 460px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Thus, in late September, thirteen of us followed Juliet&#8217;s lead in class and then her well-planned excursion up the mountain, just for the heck of it, and for the joy of being together in the work of breath and movement.<\/p>\n<p>There is no
