It&#8217;s those times in my practice that I listen to my body and go where it takes me at that moment. I love the &#8220;stickler for details&#8221; that exists in my head and my teaching. Yet at the same time, I delight in the ability to take all the time that is necessary, without stops and starts, without questioning or debating any movement and just go with the flow.<\/p>\n<p>Then my practice of Pilates becomes more like a fluid painting, an artful creative expression of my body and its need at that time rather than an obligatory series of exercises.<\/p>\n<p>This is the end of the my 45 minutes of\u00a0 a Tower workout.\u00a0 The previous day was &#8220;gym day&#8221; and I used the cables for arms and shoulders and I pushed, pressed and kicked more than a few pounds with my legs.\u00a0 So everything I need the next day is a complimentary release and stretch for the work I do there.<\/p>\n<p>I liked the light and shadow that hit the mat table early in the morning and shot an image.\u00a0 I used it to make a little jazzy intro to the 4 min clip.<\/p>\n<p>I am not teaching. I am just moving.\u00a0 No, I have no idea what was up with Charlie Angel&#8217;s fingers.
