I never stop moaning or\u00a0moving with my breath [there&#8217;s quite a bit\u00a0of sound not being heard in this video ;)] but practice baby, makes everything deliciously possible.<\/p>\n<p>[su_spacer]<br \/>\n<iframe style=\"border: none; overflow: hidden;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/video.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FPilates4Fitness%2Fvideos%2F10154221356104496%2F&amp;show_text=0&amp;width=560\" width=\"760\" height=\"515\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>[su_spacer]<\/p>\n<p>When a client cancels, I hit the #<strong>Pilates<\/strong> apparatus and practice. \u00a0When I get up in the morning, to open and stretch my back and shoulders, I hit the mat and #Rollup and #Rollover. \u00a0In between client sessions, I nibble a bit and use the #PediPull or do single leg pumps on the #WundaChair.<\/p>\n<p>The work of Pilates is so deep and comprehensive that there is always space, time and room to develop a daily<strong> Pilates practice.<\/strong> \u00a0There are some things I avoid (and honestly wait for my teacher&#8217;s to push me through) there are somethings I simply cannot do, as my body doesn&#8217;t allow the complete movement with ease. \u00a0It&#8217;s never going to be perfect, so I just encourage continual practice.<\/p>\n<p>Practice means we are always working on it. \u00a0#Justsayin&#8217;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Did you know you can practice a little bit of \u202a#\u200ePilates\u202c everyday and really change the way you feel? \u202aSeriously!
