or anyone I work with for that matter &#8211; bored. \u00a0The mental and physical connection is so\u00a0resolute. \u00a0No matter the movement or exercise, consistent practice is always the goal and mantra.<\/p>\n<p>Swan diving and side bending facilitates one of the deepest\u00a0openings through the torso, ribcage and\u00a0pelvis that it bears repeating from a horizontal plane, seated and kneeling position in the use of the Wunda chair.<\/p>\n<p>The fire in the belly &#8211;
