{"id":6094,"date":"2016-05-09T21:45:27","date_gmt":"2016-05-09T21:45:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.pilates4fitness.com\/site\/?p=6094"},"modified":"2016-05-09T21:45:27","modified_gmt":"2016-05-09T21:45:27","slug":"get-up-and-move-freely","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pilates4fitness.com\/site\/get-up-and-move-freely\/","title":{"rendered":"Get Up and Move Freely"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As a teacher, running a Pilates studio, with clients and classes everyday, one might assume that it is an easy piece of cake to exercise everyday. \u00a0Actually, that would be a wrong assumption. \u00a0It takes work, planning, discipline and scheduling to move your body\u00a0every day. \u00a0Sometimes it&#8217;s easier said than done.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->But when\u00a0we\u00a0do set aside the time for ourselves as teachers &#8211; with or without the camera on &#8211; it&#8217;s a freeing, opening, exhilarating experience that allows us to let go and feel alive in our own work and practice. \u00a0Taking a dose of our own medicine, so to speak.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s exactly what I was doing in the video below, for\u00a0#PilatesMakesYouMove for all of us. \u00a0Teachers are also\u00a0students\u00a0of Pilates; the work and the practice is essential for all bodies&#8230;.. and the takeaway is, &#8220;Get up, move and do something that is good to free and open all the tight, stuck parts of your mind and body.&#8221;
