Given the love for the stretches\u00a0I felt the need and importance to show a fuller, core-centered\u00a0workout that preceded the delicious stretch\u00a0itself.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The Spine Corrector\u00a0does exactly what its name implies. \u00a0Facilitates support of the spine to allow open, fluid movement and articulation through each vertebrae through <strong>Pilates<\/strong> movements. \u00a0In all honesty, it was never my first choice tool of the studio for a rigorous workout, however it is an excellent piece of equipment for a delicious &#8220;dessert&#8221; ending.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I particularly enjoy using the ankle weights <em>with the support<\/em> of the spine corrector for any movement. \u00a0Hugging the abdominals to the spine and the spine to the barrel gives one a deepened powerhouse connection. \u00a0Movement <em>away from<\/em> the <strong>Spine Corrector<\/strong>, as in any back bending
