{"id":5995,"date":"2016-04-06T21:00:24","date_gmt":"2016-04-06T21:00:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.pilates4fitness.com\/site\/?p=5995"},"modified":"2016-04-21T17:27:35","modified_gmt":"2016-04-21T17:27:35","slug":"matwork-monday","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pilates4fitness.com\/site\/matwork-monday\/","title":{"rendered":"MatWork Monday"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Advanced Mat students are always\u00a0ready and willing for a \u00a0new challenge, variation and an extra bead of sweat down their back during my mat class. \u00a0Following the MarchMatness campaign, everyone was pumped and readying themselves for Spring.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Either that, or I was more pumped in my teaching, but this group rocked the heck out of the room on Monday. \u00a0Jeff donned the ankle weights and all our energy was on point and in form. \u00a0The collective work is evident. \u00a0The group refers to the class as &#8220;<strong>MatWork Monday<\/strong>&#8221; and almost religiously never miss a class session or <strong>workout<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>It makes me proud of their work.
