Wednesday"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Wunda Chair is\u00a0my &#8220;hands-down&#8221; favorite piece of equipment. \u00a0While I usually dedicate Wednesday to the Wunda Chair for myself and select students, I\u00a0love it so much, I keep a spare chair in my apartment.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>There is so much versatility with the use of the Wunda that working with it never, ever grows old. \u00a0Even the exercises that I abhor on the reformer, (e.g., Grasshopper or Horseback) I manage to decently execute in my\u00a0<strong>Wunda Chair Workout<\/strong>. \u00a0Not to be cheesy, but it is a &#8220;wunda-ful&#8221; tool within the Pilates system.<\/p>\n<p>These images were shot last Wednesday, yet, any given day the work may incorporate any of these basic to advanced, total body
