IT\u2019S NOT A CHALLENGE. IT\u2019S NOT A CONTEST. IT\u2019S A CELEBRATION OF UNIVERSAL PASSION!&#8221; \u00a0[su_spacer size=&#8221;10&#8243;]<\/strong><em>Benjamin Degenhardt<\/em> [\/su_pullquote]<\/p>\n<p>OMGoodness! \u00a0This crew kept each other\u00a0going with constant\u00a0thumbs up, applause to the mistakes as well as\u00a0the good moves, back-pats\u00a0and general support\u00a0and encouragement of everyone making an effort to teach and share. \u00a0There were\u00a0an endless\u00a0gazzilion others that created the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marchmatness.com\/\">daily contributions to the month of media<\/a> over our respective social networks.<\/p>\n<p data-reactid=\".3.1.0.0.2.1.0.0\"><span title=\"Edited\" data-reactid=\".3.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1\"><span data-reactid=\".3.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.h\">Standing applause, praise and warm thanks to Benjamin Degenhardt <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/benjamindegenhardt\/\" data-reactid=\".3.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.$text6\/=1$entity0\/=010\">@benjamindegenhardt<\/a><span data-reactid=\".3.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.j\"> for creating the thought and momentum of\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.marchmatness.com\/about-mach-matness\/\">#MarchMatness<\/a>. \u00a0This is my second year of participation, but it was his third year of &#8220;orchestrating&#8221; the collaborative effort.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p>It is an effort that was almost hard to ignore or not participate in as a teacher of the method. \u00a0<span data-reactid=\".3.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.l\">I loved every minute of every bead of sweat. \u00a0It was almost like being a little kid back in school with a pop quiz everyday.\u00a0\ud83d\udc95<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-reactid=\".3.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.o\">I am also especially thankful to Blossom Leilani Crawford\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/bridgepilates\/\" data-reactid=\".3.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.$text10\/=1$entity0\/=010\">@bridgepilates<\/a><span data-reactid=\".3.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.q\"> for carrying on Kathy Grant&#8217;s work and through which I <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pilates4fitness.com\/site\/decisions-inspiration\/\">learned the use of ankle weights was\u00a0encouraged.<\/a>\u00a0 With that\u00a0&#8216;aha&#8217; and seeming &#8216;permission&#8217; I got from her workshop, I challenged myself and used the ankle weights throughout the month. \u00a0Thereby, also challenging several of my students to do so as well.\u00a0<strong><em>#AnkleWeightsRule<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-reactid=\".3.1.0.0.2.1.0.0\"><span title=\"Edited\" data-reactid=\".2.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1\">Needless to say, we all dug it immensely. \u00a0Check out the clip from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pilates4fitness.com\/site\/pilates-is\/\">First 19 Days<\/a> of the month as well the last 10 days below.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/N4lQEZEgJDk?rel=0&amp;showinfo=0\" width=\"720\" height=\"400\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p data-reactid=\".3.1.0.0.2.1.0.0\"><span title=\"Edited\" data-reactid=\".2.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1\"><br data-reactid=\".2.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.$newline5\/=10\" \/><br data-reactid=\".2.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.$newline7\/=10\" \/><span data-reactid=\".2.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.15\">We don&#8217;t stop.
