those shoulder to stabilize and move from a point of grace and control to achieve the Pilates Teaser \u00a0&#8211; whether on the reformer or the mat &#8211; is not only a delight but a beautiful work in progress.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s all about the angles. \u00a0Angles from which we move. \u00a0The angles from away from as well as toward.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s always about the angles. \u00a0We create
