{"id":5169,"date":"2014-12-15T01:46:19","date_gmt":"2014-12-15T01:46:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.pilates4fitness.com\/site\/?p=5169"},"modified":"2016-05-22T22:39:25","modified_gmt":"2016-05-22T22:39:25","slug":"i-am-woman","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pilates4fitness.com\/site\/i-am-woman\/","title":{"rendered":"I Am Woman"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Feeling very powerful\u00a0this morning waking with the realization that I was thrown from my bicycle and nearly missed a concussion just three\u00a0months ago; completed the re-construction, design and personal hand-painting of the studio two\u00a0month&#8217;s ago and in the &#8220;in-between&#8221; time have started knitting a full length sweater coat simultaneously with an intricate cowl. Feel so, Helen Reddy-ish. \u00a0ee-he, can you hear me roar!<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Not to mention I built and edited a few websites and created two more photo books while coaching and supporting the studio and clients finding their own roar of power and strength.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-5189\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pilates4fitness.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/15216483644_11bc7f0a4e_c-300x205.jpg\" alt=\"15216483644_11bc7f0a4e_c\" width=\"450\" height=\"308\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.pilates4fitness.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/15216483644_11bc7f0a4e_c-300x205.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.pilates4fitness.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/15216483644_11bc7f0a4e_c.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/>So I am not going to do this lame &#8220;year in review&#8221; thingy on FB or run back all the fabulous photos I took of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vcjentertainment.com\/creative-expression\/thankful-color\/\">NYC skyline<\/a> (&#8217;cause I have a gazillion of them) but I do take note that the Reddy song I mentioned was written the year I graduated from high school and while it came to mind with the phrase, &#8220;I Am Woman&#8221; and all the things that have transpired or transformed in the last few months, I have also noticed\u00a0my conscious return &#8211; recently &#8211; to many of the natural basics of my yester-years. \u00a0Saving those details of that for another post in the making, so for now&#8230;..<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">[su_quote]If I have to, I can do anything I am strong (Strong)[\/su_quote]<\/span><\/h1>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I think there may have been a bit of subconscious discussion about the leg bruising in the formulation of the wall painting. Why the hell else would I start with that P U R P L E paint????
