Her acute attention to detail, her extensive knowledge of Pilates and, overall, her effective teaching approach is like no other. As a beginner, I felt that the 10 week mat series was a perfect introductory course for me to learn and appreciate the Pilates method. She can adapt each series dependent on your needs. I started with her about 6 months pregnant and had weekly lessons with up to 8 months, which made me feel like my body was better prepared to deliver my 2nd child. My recoup time this 2nd time around was much quicker and I know my pilate sessions with Gina had something to do w\/ my quick recovery post delivery.
