About This Project

Classes in Pilates Mat (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced level classes) are offered weekly.  Select the class suitable for you from the studio schedule and make a reservation for the class and time slot that will permit you to consistently move your body.   Classes are small (3-6 persons only) and therefore, require an advanced reservation to ensure a slot in the room and class of your choice.

 

Nothing will happen overnight, but with consistent work and conscious attention to your practice, you will change your body and your movements.
