Working on the shoulders – the secondary powerhouse with a few favorite moves like Swakate and Rowing is a delight in execution.

Using those shoulder to stabilize and move from a point of grace and control to achieve the Pilates Teaser  – whether on the reformer or the mat – is not only a delight but a beautiful work in progress.

It’s all about the angles.  Angles from which we move.  The angles from away from as well as toward.

It’s always about the angles.  We create curves by working the angles with every Pilates movement.
