Kids Play Yoga with Adra Lemos from Edgewater, NJ simply held a quiet court with the toddlers and children.  Kids & Adults Get Fit with Master Jay Kim as he demonstrated the precision and form of TaeKwonDo.  Master Jay teaches children the classic form regularly at East Coast Fitness, North Bergen.  Dance, Dance, Dance with Melissa Carias, VivaFit of Guttenberg generated a lot of energy with sleek choregraphed dance moves with Salsa and Merengue.

Pilates Mat & TRX Resistance with Gina Jackson, Pilates4Fitness Movement Center, Guttenberg, helped a few people move using the TRX Suspension straps, and demonstrated  how Pilates can be performed anywhere as several got a taste of the ab series on the mat as well as with the use of the TRX.
