glutesIt is all the craze.  But it is a simple isometric contraction held with core control thru your breath for the burn of the muscle and this class is my own personal design.

I love the leg (and arm) work with the TRX Straps to activate that secondary powerhouse.

If you want to sweat and tone your legs, glutes and core, think about jumping into this class once or twice a week.  I've installed a 10 ft Barre to work in tandem with the TRX Suspension straps.  You will love the variety of these two movement tools!  The class is unprecedented, unique and unavailable anywhere else.
