CARLOS ABOYO PHOTOGRAPHER  www.aboyocabophoto.blogspot.com/A Navy Seal developed the TRX Suspension tool and combined with the wonder of the Joseph Pilates Method, I believe it to be the hottest, functional training design available to move the body.

This is why I have installed five (5) TRX Trainers in the Pilates Movement Space. Each class incorporates classic Pilates movements while utilizing a non-traditional tool to challenge the powerhouse which has to work extra hard to keep you in proper form when you are slightly suspended from the ground.

Basic TRX Mat
This is the class to learn the exercises, progressions and transitions. Participants all do the same exercise, but at their own pace and level of intensity.

Basic TRX Mat includes most of the the traditional Pilates Mat workout and will work the upper and lower body and provide intensive core work.  You will move and flow and create strength without bulk.
