Suspension MatA Navy Seal developed the TRX Suspension tool and combined with the wonder of the Joseph Pilates Method, I believe it to be the hottest, functional training design available to move the body.

This is why I have installed five (5) TRX Trainers in the Pilates Movement Space. Each class incorporates classic Pilates movements while utilizing this non-traditional tool to challenge the powerhouse (which has to work extra hard to keep you in proper form) as you are slightly suspended from the ground.  If you want to fire up that core and challenge your mind and body in a new way, this is the workout for you.

TRX Mat Circuit

A small group class with coordinated movement and tempo. Everyone moves together, but each person controls the level of difficulty to meet their individual needs. The program moves through a variety of exercises including the Pilates Mat warmup.

  • This program moves along at a faster pace delivering a
    total body workout.
  • Ideal for people who are new to TRX and want a fun high energy experience.
  • Class will feature Upper and Lower body exercises while working core stability and strength.
