Movement with Mat, Wunda and TRX

  • Classic Pilates Mat for core warm up/abdominals series - 20 min
  • The "wunda-ful" Wunda Chair for legs, balance and control - 10-20 min
  • TRX for chest, back, and arms with stretch and suspension - 20 min

 

This is a workout for the serious student of Pilates and resisted movements, utilizing all the favorite tools of the Pilates4Fitness studio.

Two mats, two wunda chairs and two people work together in a flow workout for maximum benefit. Beginner Mat is a pre-requisite.
