This yoga class is a gentle and invigorating approach to the basic yoga principles of breath, movement, strengthening, stretching and balance.

 

 

The class is offered in collaboration with Sherry Greenspan, RSMT, Movement Educator/Therapist, Certified Yoga Practitioner and dance instructor,  who folds in her knowledge of yoga (Iyengar trained as well as Kripalu and Hatha), somatic principles and embodied anatomy to create a safe and individual tailored experience to increase knowledge, awareness, integration, enjoyment and health.
