Barefoot Cardio for a Calorie Burning Workout

You don't get enough cardio because you get bored on that bike, right?  Your legs start to feel like mush now that you can't walk or run in the cold weather, hmmm?  Missing that extra spark in your own aerobic fitness program?  

You may want to join the new class format being held in the Pilates4Fitness Movement Space to help you "pump up the volume" on your cardio.  We are all doing it in barefeet.

 

Bare Cardio

 

With so many ways to move your body, you will forget its exercise and may feel like you are dancing.  This class is designed for active, able-bodied persons - male and female - that want to move and groove to maintain fitness levels.
