Thank you all for helping me celebrate the three big events of the day with all your good wishes and warmest thoughts, hugs and kisses.

I was truly overwhelmed with the sentiment received from your cards, notes and text messages throughout the week.

I am blessed and truly happy to have each of you as part of my life and consider it an honor to work with you and bring joy and benefit to your lives.

I hope we all will continue to share our healthy pursuit of life and fitness together.
