Magic Circle for Powerhouse Resistance

The Magic Circle, this particular model, is used almostly exclusively in my Magic Circle classes because of the padding on the interior of the circle, as well as the outside. It is a little lighter than that of the studio version and makes a perfect add-on of resistance for a mat class, whether for the beginner, intermediate or advanced student. $29.00

Aurorae Yoga Mat

A very nice, extra long and thick mat that I like a lot. It has a focus icon at the top of the mat that I like to cue students to gaze towards to assist in keeping the cervical alignment correctly positioned during a pushup and/or frontal support exercise.  I think it is worth every penny. $30.00
