Private Sessions

Whether a beginner or advanced student of Pilates, whether you are resuming your program after a hiatus or expanding your exercise discipline, private training will give you the focused, personal attention necessary to develop, refine and "own" your practice in your body, on your time and with your personal circumstances. Group classes may supplement and support your bodywork, however, one-one attention and focus will make your group work more disciplined and purposeful. Private session training is a crucial layer of mind/body training and it is a pre-requisite to any semi-private workout with another person.

TRX Suspension TRX Suspension Straps are a favorite tool used within the studio for body-weight resistance training. TRX helps students to define the muscles of the body, stabilize the core and experience an empowering workout that is complimentary to the Pilates apparatus. TRX Suspension Straps can be incorporated into building Private, Semi-Private and or Group sessions, as below.
Single Sessions

A single session is recommended for those that want to experience the Pilates discipline yet aren't ready to commit to a regular program. Be prepared though! Most find that "once is not enough" when it comes to Pilates.

5 Sessions

The 5-session package introduces your body to the discipline, language and equipment of Pilates. For some it is just enough to experience a taste of what Pilates can offer. Private sessions utilize the mat, reformer, high chair and tower.

10 Sessions

The 10-session package will refine awareness of your body with respect to the discipline and language of Pilates; utilizing the mat, reformer, high chair, wunda chair, ladder barrell and tower. You will experience your body changing with each successive session.

Semi-Private

You and your partner will receive a 55-minute session using all the Studio Apparatus in a powerful session format. A minimum of five (5) private sessions are recommended to begin Semi-Private Sessions.

Group Classes Group classes in Pilates Mat, TRX Strength and Resistance Body Weight Training are offered weekly. Please review the studio schedule and make a reservation for the class and timeslot that will permit you to consistently move your body.
