I've shared the info with you that a family member has been fighting cancer for a year. She just received more bad news that ....the cancer is back. This is an arduous journey for all of us, but the hills seem steeper this go around. Her support system are limited.

I took her to the hospital in NYC Tuesday night and she was admitted...once again. I stayed with her until she was settled in around midnight.  I thought of Wednesday and having two Pilates classes with you.  No kidding I had the 9 AM class  and after a long hospital day, I made it back and got her settled in at home and was able to get to the 7 PM class as well.

Interesting.... that going to both those classes were so beneficial to me!   MInd, body & spirit get exhausted fighting cancer......mind, body and spirit get renewed doing Pilates. I just wanted to share this with you because I knew "you'd get" where I was coming from. It felt remarkable to me having experienced this.
